1. Certificate of Incorporation
We take great pride in our status as a private limited company incorporated in Bangladesh under the country' s Companies Act of 1994. We hold the "Company Registration Certificate" from the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) under the Ministry of Commerce of the Govt. of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, which is the only authority to approve any company that is to be incorporated in Bangladesh.
2. Trade License
We have also obtained the "Trade License" from Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) under the Local Government Division (LGD) of the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development, and Cooperatives of the Govt. of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. DSCC is the only authority to approve any business to be conducted in any region of Dhaka south city corporation in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
3. Trademarked (TM) Logo
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond our legal status, as we also possess the "Business Logo Trademark Certificate" from the Department of Patents, Designs and Trademarks (DPDT) under the Ministry of Industries. DPDT is the main government department responsible for patents and trademarks in Bangladesh.
4. TIN Certificate
Moreover, we have upheld our responsibilities as responsible citizens of our country, as evidenced by our status as a "Registered Taxpayer" of the National Board of Revenue (NBR) under the Internal Resources Division (IRD) of the Ministry of Finance of the Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. NBR is the only authority to approve any business that is to pay taxes and VATs as a Registered Taxpayer of NBR under the jurisdiction of Taxes Circle-067 (Company), Taxes Zone 04, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
5. Certified Payment Gateway
The payment gateway system is integrated into our platform from "aamarPay" of Soft Tech Innovation Ltd., the country's one of the top leading Online Payment Gateway & FinTech Company offering payment gateway solution for SME to large enterprises. It is a payment system operator (PSO) licensed from the central bank of Bangladesh (Bangladesh Bank). This payment gateway system empowers CERRS to accept digital payments (local & international), access refunds and deliver the best client experience by letting them choose from multiple payment options, including credit or debit cards, mobile wallets, and online banking. This helps to ensure that customers can easily make payments, anywhere anytime, using their preferred payment method. It comes with the payment card industry data security standard (PCI DSS) certificate and 3D security systems ISO 27001 compliance and uses industry-standard EV SSL protocols to ensure that all transactions are secure and encrypted. All these help us to protect sensitive information of our esteemed clients and customers and prevent fraud and other cyber threats effectively.
6. SSL Certificate of Our Platform

Our Management Team members have participated in the digital security and human rights course conducted by the Human Rights Academy of Amnesty International, UK.
