Q: How do I create an account?
A: To create an account, click on this link, "Register," or the Register button at the top right side on the Navigation Bar of this website and fill up the fields as per instructions. You'll need to provide basic information, such as your name, profession, institute address, and login email address.

Q: How do I reset my password?
A: To reset your password, click the "Forgot Password? Reset here" link on the Login page and follow the instructions. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. In addition, you have the option to reset your login password by accessing the 'Settings' feature within the Navigation tab menu on your Client/Editor Dashboard.

Q: How do I access my courses?
A: Once logged in, you'll see a "My Courses" tab on your dashboard. Click on this tab to see all the courses you're currently enrolled in.

Q: How do I contact support?
A: If you need assistance or have questions, contact our support team by accessing the "Support" feature within the Navigation tab menu on your Client/Editor Dashboard. You can compose your message and send it to us for queries. This option is only valid for registered users. Unregistered users can contact us using our Online Contact Form or email us at "info@cerrsltd.com." You can also call us at +880-1329-403-049.
