Opportunity Overview
CERRS is initiating a Campus Ambassador program across universities in Bangladesh aimed at equipping students with vital skills and experiences to shape their future careers. Ambassadors will act as catalysts for change, promoting global and local opportunities to their peers and transforming them into success stories.
As organizers, Ambassadors will orchestrate campaigns and workshops within their campuses, collaborating with clubs, faculty, and administration. They will actively participate in organizing and conducting a wide array of online and offline events, including seminars, conferences, workshops, webinars, and more, covering topics ranging from higher education planning to career-oriented guidance and research initiatives. Ambassadors will enhance their leadership abilities and contribute to our research and educational endeavors through their involvement. Upon completion, Ambassadors will receive certification, enhancing their career prospects, international recognition, and scholarship eligibility.

Duties, Responsibilities & Obligations
- Representing CERRS within the campus community and relevant networks with professionalism.
- Promoting our initiatives, events, and opportunities among students, faculty, and staff.
- Organizing, facilitating, and hosting workshops, seminars, webinars, and events aligned with our objectives.
- Establishing partnerships with local institutions, clubs, and organizations to collaborate on projects and events.
- Engaging with the campus community through social media, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintaining regular communication with us to provide activity updates and seek guidance as needed.
- Adhering to our policies, terms and conditions, vision, mission, values, and code of conduct at all times.
- Demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in representing CERRS.
- Attending orientation sessions, training workshops, and meetings as required by CERRS.
- Upholding the reputation and image of CERRS by acting as a positive ambassador both on and off campus.
- Providing us with feedback and insights to enhance the effectiveness of the Campus Ambassador program.
Compensation, Support, Resources & Other Benefits
- This role is voluntary and does not involve any monetary compensation.
- ECA experience certificate upon successful completion of the tenure.
- Recommendation or endorsement for future employment as an intern or a team member.

Joining Criteria
- Enrolled undergrad or graduate student at a Bangladeshi university
- Ability to balance professional and educational commitments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills or willingness to develop them
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities (ECAs) on campus (campus Activist)
- Club, leadership, or organizational experience on campus is advantageous
- Commitment to the Campus Ambassador Program for 1 year
- Commitment of at least 4 hours per week
- Familiarity with CERRS and its objectives
- Proficient in social media management (social media Savvy)
Eligible Region: Bangladesh (Respective Campus)
