In his heartfelt acceptance speech, Dr. Islam extended his profound gratitude to the M.A. Wazed Miah Memorial Foundation of Bangladesh for bestowing upon him the esteemed Scientist Gold Medal award. He also expressed his sincere thanks to his beloved family, parents, teachers, colleagues, friends, collaborators, and students for their unwavering support throughout his extraordinary journey.

On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, Dr. Islam was present alongside invited guests from home and abroad at the award-giving program in the VIP hall room at the National Press Club in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This year, the Foundation awarded eight fellow meritorious individuals from various sectors who have contributed to their respective fields.

Dr. Islam serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Disaster Management and holds the esteemed position of Dean of the Faculty of Life and Earth Science at Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur (BRUR), Bangladesh. He also serves as the Director of the E-Learning Center at BRUR. In addition to his role at BRUR, he is an Associate Editor for the European Journal of Geosciences. His dedication to education, research, and science is further exemplified by his status as an Associate Fellow of the Bangladesh Academy of Sciences and his inclusion in Stanford University's list of the World's Top 2% most-cited Scientists for 2022. Dr. ARMT Islam's remarkable publication record includes one book, seven book chapters, over 350 journal articles, and five conference papers.
As our Honorary Advisor, he continues to provide invaluable guidance to our company's management in science, education, and research, propelling us forward on a path of innovation and excellence.
